The Perfect Aire 18,000 BTU Window AC with Heat creates year-round comfort in spaces up to 1,000 square feet. The electric heat function provides 16,000 BTUs of heating capability during the winter, and the fan and dry modes keep you comfortable on milder or high-humidity days.

Double-Hung Window

Quickly install this unit into any double-hung window with a minimum width of 26.875 to 40.5 inches and a minimum height of 18.5 inches. The complete installation kit provides everything you need and the slide-out chassis allows you to install the cabinet into the window, then simply slide the unit back into the cabinet.

This AC uses 220-240V power, plugging into a NEMA 6-20P outlet, and carries a UL certification for safe operation.

Multi-Mode Operation

Just set the temperature on the Perfect Aire from 62° – 86° Fahrenheit and then select the operating mode of your choice to best fit the situation.

The Perfect Aire 3PACH18000 window AC comes with a full-function remote control featuring Follow Me portable thermostat technology which reads the temperature at the remote, instead of at the unit. This means you can adjust the settings to ensure comfort even when you’re across the room from the unit. Additional features include:

• Auto Start/Stop Feature: Use the Timer button to program the unit to automatically turn on or off after a set amount of time up to 10 hours.
• Energy Saver Feature: Use this function for automatic compressor shut-off and fan cycles at 10-minute intervals, saving you money.
• Auto Feature: This mode automatically selects cooling, heating, or fan operation based on temperature setting and the actual room temperature.
• Sleep Feature: In this mode, the selected temp increased by 2° Fahrenheit after 30 minutes. It them increases (or decreases in heat mode) by an additional 2° after another 30 minutes. Operation continues at this level for 6 hours before returning to the original setting.
