This versatile window unit can also be installed through the wall, and features a slide-out chassis which functions as a wall sleeve.

Efficient Cooling Power

This Keystone window AC delivers 14,500 BTUs of cooling power with an Energy Saver mode to help keep costs down. When you’re operating the unit in Cool, Dry, or Auto modes, press the energy saver button to start saving money. This function allows the compressor to cycle on and off, using the fan to test the temperature every 10 minutes. When it drops, the compressor turns on to start cooling.

Multi-Mode Operation

Using the on-board thermostat, you can set your preferred temperature and use one of these modes to stay cool and dry.

• Cool: Use this mode to set the cooling function, using the up/down buttons to select your desired temperature. Select from three fan speeds to keep you comfortable.
• Dry: This allows your AC to operate as a dehumidifier, removing up to 2.1 pints of moisture per hour. Some degree of cooling will continue; however, fan speed is not adjustable in this mode.
• Auto: When in this mode, cooling or fan-only operation is selected automatically along with the best fan speed, to maintain your set temperature.
• Fan Only: Open the fresh air vent when using just the fan. This will provide a refreshing breeze to circulate the air when temperatures are more moderate.

Install Through the Wall

If you don’t have a handy window, but need to stay cool, this powerful air conditioner can be installed through the wall. The slide-out chassis makes installing this AC simple, since it can be used as the wall sleeve.

The Keystone 14,500 BTU KSTAW14CE unit can be installed in place of an old thru-wall unit, or for a new installation. The maximum wall thickness is 12 or 10 inches, as long as the side louvers aren’t blocked.

• Smart Remote Control: Test the room temperature, displays it on the control panel, and sends a signal to your AC every 3 minutes for accurate cooling.
• Full Window Kit: This includes side curtains, support brackets, weather stripping, plus hardware.

• Timer: You can set your AC to automatically start or stop in ½-hour increments up to 10 hours, then in 1-hour increments up to 24 hours.
