Using 10,000 cooling BTUs, this window and wall air conditioner easily cools between 400 – 450 square feet between 60 – 155 degrees F. This 14.5-inch high air conditioner is great for light commercial and household use, designed with Wi-Fi operation with one or multiple air conditioners. Along with a quiet operation and durable construction, it can remove up to 3.2-pints of moisture per hour with 250 CFMs of cool airflow.

The Uni-Fit’s smaller dimensions fit a range of sleeve sizes, ranging from 24.5 – 27-inches.

Other features include a dual air filtration, slide out chassis, auto restart, 24-hour timer, and more.
