Designed with the earth in mind from beginning to end, the Briiv Air Purifier uses less plastic than other air purifiers, with all major parts constructed to decompose in natural elements within 3 years. 

• 3,043 Houseplants: Enjoy the benefits of having plants in your home without the inconvenience – this air purifier produces the same amount of clean air as over three thousand houseplants. 
• Bio-Plastic Container: Engineered with elephant grass, a plant grown where agricultural crops can’t, the plant-based plastic is better suited for recycling. 
• Hand-Forged Glass: The glass top of each air purifier is formed from recycled glass, individually by hand.
• Moss Filters: Reindeer moss is harvested in Finland, from sustainably managed areas, and each harvest area is allowed time to recover between harvests.
• Compostable Materials: Once replaced, the old moss filter and coconut layer can be composted.

• PM10-Sized Particles: The naturally-grown moss filter removes PM10-sized particles like pollen and pet dander from the air, making it a great choice for those with allergies.
• PM5-Sized Particles: Re-purposed coconut husk makes up the layer in which PM5-sized particles are processed, including dirt, smoke, and dust.
• PM2.5-Sized Particles: Specifically created as a Briiv Air Filter, the Nano Matrix filter consists of activated carbon to trap the smaller, PM2.5-sized particles, odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s).

Touchless Operation

With the addition of motion sensors to control this air purifier, there’s less likelihood of transferring unwanted bacteria, pathogens, or other substances onto the Briiv. There is a white dot on the front, at the base, where you can simply wave your hand to wake the unit up. The control interface will light up with options to adjust the speed or activate the 1-hour cycle feature. They are also touch buttons, so you can touch them to change your preferences as well. After downloading the Briiv app, you can also make adjustments or check the status of the filters from anywhere.
